As a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mechanical and electrical systems.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
Train and mentor maintenance personnel on best practices and safety procedures.
Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Proven experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing maintenance schedules.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO, OSHA, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in mechanical and electrical maintenance is a plus.
