As an MEP Engineer at Cinepolis Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure in our cinemas. You will work with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software to create detailed technical drawings and specifications. This role is perfect for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in the MEP field, looking to make an impact in the entertainment industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our cinemas
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Provide technical support and guidance to the operations team
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in the MEP field, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Certification in MEP systems (e.g., LEED AP, NCIDQ) is a plus
