📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products from BNI Life Insurance’s portfolio.
• Conduct product knowledge training sessions for BNI Bank’s branch staff to enhance their ability to sell insurance products.
• Facilitate policy purchases and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bancassurance strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with BNI Bank’s branch managers and customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, insurance, or banking.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of bancassurance models and insurance products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
