📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a line coordination or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
