📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full cycle of TPG claims and accounts operations, from submission to final reimbursement.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of government-funded program reimbursements.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in claims.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports using SAP or similar financial software.
• Monitor budget allocations and expenditures to ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
• Provide financial support and guidance to program teams on budgeting and financial planning.
• Participate in regular financial reviews and audits to ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Stay updated with changes in government funding policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the education sector.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar financial software.
• Strong understanding of government funding policies and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations is a plus.
