📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement deep tech strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of deep tech experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for deep tech innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions using advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain.
• Manage and oversee deep tech projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in deep technology and emerging trends to drive strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, articulating the value and impact of deep tech initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in deep tech strategy and innovation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing deep tech projects in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
• Certifications in relevant deep tech domains, such as Certified Deep Learning Engineer or Certified Blockchain Professional, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
