• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to address any issues or breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and safety measures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or industrial sector
• Proven track record of managing and supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Valid certification in safety management and operational procedures
• Understanding of relevant regulations and standards in the construction and industrial sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
