📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the health supplements product portfolio, including market research, product development, and pricing strategies.
• Drive sales growth and market share expansion in the health supplements category.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our health supplement products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Halal certification.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the health supplements industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of market research, product development, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
