📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on PET machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Monitor machine performance and report any anomalies to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Operator or similar role in PET machine maintenance.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers and other technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certifications in mechanical engineering or related fields are a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
