• Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet service level agreements.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems like Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
