🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Certification in social work or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local community dynamics and resources in Pangkalpinang.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
