📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and objectives.,Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring they run smoothly.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by conducting training sessions for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.,Good organizational and time management skills.
