📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze security events and alerts in real-time.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, data breaches, and unauthorized access attempts.,Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and mitigate security threats.,Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate potential weaknesses.,Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of security measures and best practices.,Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a security-conscious culture.,Maintain and update security documentation, including incident reports and security policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively protect our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a SOC Analyst or similar role in a security or IT environment.,Strong knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) tools, such as Splunk, QRadar, or IBM QRadar.,Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and vulnerability management tools.,Understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound security decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
