📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, training, and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
