SHIFT Nusantara is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems and processes.
  • Identifying and assessing risks to the company and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.
