📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the central office to implement new initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
