📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment.,Report any production issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
