As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and maintained to meet customer expectations.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and attract new customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
