📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a warehouse environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
