📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure availability of stock.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food handling standards.,Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
