Life Spot Ekspansindo is seeking a motivated Junior Lab Technician to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in laboratory work to develop their skills and contribute to our ongoing projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, data analysis, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will work closely with our team of scientists and technicians to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our research.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments as directed.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Record and analyze data, and prepare reports for scientific presentations.
  • Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of new laboratory staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related sciences.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and laboratory software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
