In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet operations and performance.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet status and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to travel as needed for fleet inspections and maintenance.
