Depot Joko Sembako is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Oversee employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in managing a team and leading projects
