📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty coffees.
• Master the art of milk texturing to create perfect microfoam for various coffee drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring usage.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in a café or similar setting, with at least 2 years in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and French press.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and milk texturing tools such as steam wands.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
