📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team during recruitment drives.,Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data to improve our recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the management of the recruitment budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
