Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Ensure that all store procedures and protocols are followed,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction,Work as part of a team to achieve store goals and targets,Participate in store training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good time management and organizational skills,Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software,Ability to work shifts and weekends as required
