📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and training.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
