📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in luxury hospitality or related industries.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
