In this role, you will work closely with our resort's culinary team to develop and implement beverage menus that reflect our guests' preferences and our resort's signature style. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team to ensure they deliver the highest level of service and hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all beverage operations, including cocktail creation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement beverage menus that reflect our resort's signature style and our guests' preferences.
• Train and mentor bartenders and mixologists to ensure they deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the right ingredients and supplies on hand.
• Work closely with our culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement our food offerings.
• Ensure that all beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase beverage sales and revenue.
• Represent our resort at industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in beverage management, preferably in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality setting.
• A strong understanding of cocktail creation, mixology, and beverage trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using beverage management software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.
• A passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences and a commitment to delivering the highest level of service and hospitality.
• Familiarity with the Bangka Belitung Islands and the local culture is a plus.
• A valid ID card and work permit for Bangka Belitung are required.
