📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure high-quality food service by adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
