In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory systems to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Collaborate with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.,Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and improve inventory management practices.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide training and support to junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
