📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and increase customer engagement.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
• Create compelling marketing content, including advertisements, brochures, and social media posts.
• Manage and maintain our company's website and social media presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in managing a budget and working with vendors is a plus.
