📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Support the management team in strategic planning and decision making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
