Seed Shop Lestari is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
