• Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities in the retail and distribution sector
• Build and maintain key partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform growth strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
• Monitor and optimize the performance of growth initiatives using KPIs and performance metrics
• Prepare and present regular reports on growth initiatives to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth initiatives
• Strong understanding of the retail and distribution sector, with knowledge of local market dynamics in Jakarta Raya
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and develop insights
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Ability to travel frequently, both within Indonesia and internationally, as needed
