📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the assigned area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Organize and lead team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and address any operational or sales challenges within the area.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the performance of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the sales or distribution industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
